With our Heavy 7 and 8 gauges American made PVC plastic Mattress Covers, you can protect and extend the life of your expensive mattress or futon, with our quality fitted, Total Mattress Encasement that is Allergy Protective, Dust Mite and Bed Bug Proof. The cover will provide protection from moisture, soil, stains and dust. There are two styles, fitted or zippered, plastic vinyl mattress protectors available, both come in various colors and prints. Our waterproof mattress covers are available with elastic corners, for covering the top and sides, or zippered closured, which covers the entire mattress. The special medical grade plastic covers protect from spills, stains, bed wetting, and allergies, without excessive noise from the material. Our mattress covers are from quality industrial strength plastic vinyl that is sold to hospitals, retirement homes, and hotels, as well as the military. They will outlast any cheap store bought brands. To reduce smells and to make mattress covers last longer, wipe clean with mild soap and a damp cloth or sponge then air dry the covers thoroughly before putting on clean bedding.

Note: All our mattress covers are special orders and will take 4-6 weeks to receive from the manufacturer and orders may not be cancelled. For mattress covers with a height (gusset) of 12", 14", and 16", your order WILL BE BILLED IMMEDIATELY. Regular sized mattress covers (8" height) will be billed when the mattress covers are ready for shipment to you (usually an hour before we ship).

Note: Before ordering from LL Medico it is extremely important that you know the correct mattress size. For a proper fit, please measure before placing your order; please make sure the size and color of the mattress cover you order are correct. There are NO returns for a wrong size ordered. Our exchange policy may seem strict, but items returned to us cannot be resold as new or not resold at all. We will never resell any merchandise as new or used that has been returned to us; this is for the safety and health of all our customers. This is also the law in the US. Note: Our mattress covers are not welded; they are stitched closed with a flat seam. All Twin, Full, Queen, and King size mattress covers will have stitched seams. See the product care instructions below.

Available Sizes and Prices:
The 7 and 8 gauge plastic vinyls on this page are the only ones LL Medico recommends for mattress covers. The materials are specially made for this purpose and have industrial strength meant for hospitals and other institutions. If you like prints and other 4-gauge colored plastic vinyls, we do not recommend zippered closure. The 4-gauge plastic vinyl was designed for pants only. Please verify that the sizes shown below are correct for your bed. For example, a "Queen" size mattress cover is hugely different from a "California Queen" size mattress cover.

How to care for your vinyl plastic Mattress Covers
You can deter your mattress cover from prematurely aging, such as becoming hard or brittle, which will also make it susceptible to tearing. Your plastic vinyl mattress cover should have minimum contact with natural body oil/sweat as well as skin care products such as lotions, oils, creams, ointments, and skin sprays. Never use chlorine bleach or fabric softeners to remove stains, rather wash with warm water with a mild detergent. Never put in dryer as this may cause the vinyl/PVC material to melt. Instead, hang the pant to dry. Keep out of the sun if possible. Following these care instructions will help lengthen the lifespan of your mattress cover. Acid in urine from diabetic persons tends to deteriorate plastic much sooner. For the longevity of the mattress cover it is advisable to keep it in a clean from urine condition.
