What is your return policy?
We happily accept returns up to 90 days from the day of purchase for non-perishable items. All returns must be unopened and in their original sealed packaging.
How do I start a return?
Just reach out and we’ll walk you through it. Email us at support@llmedico.com or call 855-422-4556 with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return, and our team will help with the process.
Which items can’t be returned?
For the health and safety of all of our customers, items that have been opened or removed from their original sealed packaging, as well as perishable items, cannot be returned. If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us and we’ll be glad to help.
Do you offer free return shipping?
We do not offer free shipping for returns; however, we are happy to help with the process when applicable. Please contact us with any return inquiries.
What if my item arrived damaged or I received the wrong item?
We’re sorry if something wasn’t right with your order! Please contact us right away at support@llmedico.com or 855-422-4556 and we’ll make it right as quickly as we can.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund to your original method of payment. If you have any questions about the status of a return, just reach out and we’ll be happy to update you.
