LL Medico was started by my parents over 25 years ago back in 1993, and we have been supplying incontinence and medical products to our customers online since 1997. My wife, Heather, and I have recently taken the reigns due to my mother's passing and my father finally retiring (he was at the time 77!). Just like my parents did, we will always strive to give you the best products and service possible.

Meet the Team
Alex Jensen, Co-Owner, CEO
From typing up invoices at 10 years old for his mom and dad (Marcela and Villy, founders of LL Medico) to now owning and operating the company, Alex has been committed to LL Medico for many years. He began helping his parents where he could and that eventually grew his love for IT and business. He attended Penn State University (Go Nittany Lions!) and earned a degree in Information Sciences and Technology. He took over the company in 2015 when his mother passed away and his father retired.
When he is not enjoying being a new father or playing with his many pet’s, he is working (or occasionally golfing when he can fit in some time). The love he has for this company shines through in his dedication and appreciation for LL Medico.
Heather Jensen, Co-Owner, President
Heather joined the company (and the family) in 2015. She has dedicated her time to providing the very best customer service that we can offer. It’s the company’s mantra to provide unparalleled customer service and Heather’s personal goal to make that happen. She earned a BA in Psychology from Arizona State University and after college has always been in the hospitality industry until she shifted her focus to LL Medico.
When she is not working, she enjoys relaxing with her son, husband and small zoo of animals.
Ashley Daniele, Director of Customer Care
Ashley is the newcomer to the LL Medico family. She recently started her journey with LL Medico in August 2020, and she says it has been amazing! She's also part of the family outside of the workplace as Heather’s sister in law. Ashley has 12+ years in the customer service industry, 2+ years in sales, as well has 5+ years in accounting. She even dabbled in HR for a year! She considers herself to be an introverted extrovert, so customer service has always had a special place in her heart.
When she's not learning the ins and outs of the business you can find her reading. "The only thing that makes me happier than a good book is spending time with my husband and son. I am extremely happy to be on this journey with Alex and Heather and I can’t wait to see what the future has in store for us!"
