Tranquility® Personal Care Pads give you absorbent protection in a slim, discreet shape that works with the underwear you already own – no need to switch to a brief or pull-on. The pad adheres in place, contours to your body, and stays quiet under clothing, so protection doesn't announce itself.

Which absorbency is right for you?

All three pads share the same core construction – the difference is length and how much they hold.

• Maximum (Item #2480) – 12", 8.7 oz. capacity. The most discreet of the three. A good fit for light to moderate bladder leakage, daytime wear, and anyone who wants the least bulk under fitted clothing.
• Ultimate (Item #2481) – 13.7", 11 oz. capacity. A step up in both length and capacity for moderate to heavy daytime protection, longer stretches between changes, or travel and appointments where a change isn't convenient.
• OverNight (Item #2482) – 16", 17 oz. capacity. Built for extended wear and uninterrupted sleep. In addition to everything above, the OverNight pad is anatomically shaped for comfort and places its targeted absorption zone toward the back, where fluid travels when you're lying down.

Tip for men wearing the OverNight pad: flip the pad front-to-back to move the heaviest absorption zone to the front, where you need it most.

Frequently asked questions

Do these work with regular underwear?

Yes, that's the point of the design. The adhesive strip secures the pad inside snug-fitting briefs or panties. Loose boxers won't hold a pad against the body well, so pair them with something more fitted.

What's the difference between a pad and a guard or brief?

Pads are the most discreet option and are worn inside your own underwear. Guards are shaped specifically for male anatomy, while briefs and protective underwear replace regular underwear entirely and handle heavier bladder or bowel incontinence. If you're managing bowel leakage, a brief or protective underwear is the better choice.

How often should I change the pad?

Change whenever the pad feels saturated or after a bowel movement. Even with a breathable core, prolonged contact with moisture can irritate skin – changing promptly is the single best thing you can do to protect it.

Can men use Personal Care Pads?

Yes. The pads are unisex. Men using the OverNight size can rotate the pad so the heavier absorption zone sits toward the front.

Are these covered by insurance or Medicaid?

These pads carry HCPCS code T4535, which some state Medicaid programs and HSA/FSA plans recognize for incontinence supplies. Coverage varies by state and plan – check with your provider before ordering.

Do they contain latex?

No. Tranquility Personal Care Pads are not made with natural rubber latex.
