How to apply:

1. Take the pad out of the pack, remove the paper from the adhesive strip which is on the bottom of the pad.

2. Stick the pad onto the underwear in the proper place.

3. Check whether the pad is fixed straight to ensure comfort when wearing the pad.

4. Do not dispose of the pad into the toilet after use – put it in a bin.
