The Securi-T Two-Piece Drainable Pouch is the pouch component of the Securi-T two-piece ostomy system, designed for reliable, everyday security at an affordable price. This transparent, 12-inch drainable pouch snaps onto a matching Securi-T 2¾-inch (70mm) flange skin barrier, giving you a comfortable, dependable seal while letting you change or empty the pouch without disturbing the barrier on your skin. It's ideal for people with liquid or frequent output who want convenient emptying and an easy, low-profile fit.

Because this is a drainable pouch, you simply open the bottom to empty and reseal with the included curved tail closure, so you can reuse the same pouch throughout the day. The built-in integrated filter continuously releases and neutralizes gas to help reduce ballooning and control odor, while the belt tabs let you add an ostomy belt for extra support and confidence during activity. The transparent film makes it easy to monitor output and check stoma condition, which is especially helpful during the postoperative period.

This pouch attaches to a 2¾-inch (70mm) coupling flange and comes in a box of 10 with one curved tail closure and 10 filter covers.
