The NorthShore Trifecta Waterproof Washable Diaper Covers add a reliable extra layer of leak protection over tab-style diapers, pull-up underwear and other incontinence products. Worn like a traditional rubber or plastic pant, this reusable cover is designed for heavy bladder leaks, helping to contain moisture while keeping your absorbent product securely in place.

Made from polyurethane laminated polyester (PUL), these covers are soft, breathable and lightweight with less bulk than old-fashioned plastic pants. The laminated fabric helps keep odors contained and prevents briefs and pull-ups from sagging after wettings, while heavy-duty elastics at the legs and waist provide a snug, secure fit.

Available in White, Black, Pink and Blue across a full range of waist sizes from 22 inches up to 64 inches, these unisex covers are latex free and made in the USA with USA and imported components. To find your best fit, measure the waist just below the belly button in your selected size and check the thigh fit. Machine washable and reusable for up to 75 washes, they offer dependable, everyday reusable protection.

How do these covers work with my current incontinence products?
They are worn OVER tab-style diapers, pull-up underwear or other incontinence products, much like a rubber or plastic pant, adding an extra layer of protection against leaks, odors and sagging.
How do I choose the right size?
Sizes are based on waist measurement and range from X-Small (22-30 in) up to 2X-Large (52-64 in). Measure your waist just below the belly button to match your selected size, and check the thigh fit for comfort.
How do I care for these covers?
Machine wash warm with no chlorine bleach or fabric softener, then air dry or tumble dry low. For best performance, replace the cover after about 75 washes.
Can these covers be returned?
For sanitary reasons, these covers are non-returnable once opened. They are individually wrapped and sold individually, with one cover per unit.
Do these contain latex?
No. The NorthShore Trifecta covers are latex free and made in the USA with USA and imported components.
