PACK PALS are printed adult diapers with tabs, built on NorthShore's MegaMax brief. They provide up to 12 hours of protection for heavy bladder leaks (HBL) during the day or overnight, and suit both urinary and bowel incontinence. Each pack includes a mix of five furry superhero characters: MegaMax, Lite, Eterna, Dyna, and Supreme.

At the centre of each brief is NorthShore's MVP™ (Multi-Void Protection) core, which wicks fluid away from the skin and stays dry through two to three full bladder releases. Rated absorbency reaches up to 49 oz. in sizes Large and X-Large. The core extends further in the front and back, giving side sleepers and overnight users extra coverage where leaks often happen.

The brief is worn with large, heavy-duty refastenable tape tabs that attach to a plastic frontal landing zone, so you can adjust the fit as many times as you need and the tabs hold firm even when it is full. Extra-tall dual leak guards, leg cuffs, and elastic front and rear waistbands seal the leg openings and waist, while the smooth, waterproof plastic backsheet resists sagging and helps lock in odours.

A wetness indicator is part of the design: the shield on the front fades away when wet and reveals Typhos, the PACK's villain, to show it is time to change. PACK PALS is latex-free and made in the USA with USA and imported components.
