No-Sting Skin-Prep is a liquid film-forming skin barrier designed to protect intact or damaged skin before the application of adhesive medical devices. Formulated with hexamethyldisiloxane and acrylate copolymer at 75–100% strength, this alcohol-free skin prep creates a thin, flexible protective interface that helps prepare the skin around drainage tubes, external catheters, ostomy sites, and other adhesive dressings for better adhesion and easier removal.

Because the formula is alcohol-free, it significantly reduces the potential for stinging on sensitive or compromised skin, making it a comfortable choice for patients who require frequent dressing changes. The thick, single-coat formula forms a durable protective film quickly, so caregivers and patients spend less time on application and more time on care. It moves naturally with the skin and resists cracking or peeling, even over joints like elbows, knees, and heels.

Each skin barrier wipe is packaged in an individual, sterile packet for convenient, single-use application and to help maintain hygiene during dressing changes. When it's time to remove the barrier, it wipes away easily with standard skin cleanser or soap and water, leaving no sticky or unsanitary residue behind.
