Mepilex Lite is a thin, highly conformable foam dressing designed for wounds with light to moderate exudate. Its soft foam layer absorbs drainage while maintaining a moist environment that supports natural healing, and the gentle silicone adhesive allows for comfortable wear and atraumatic removal—even on fragile or sensitive skin.

The Safetac silicone adhesive layer seals softly around the wound edges, helping to prevent exudate from leaking onto surrounding healthy skin while minimizing pain during dressing changes. Because it has no border, this dressing can be trimmed to fit irregular wound shapes and sizes, making it a flexible option for a variety of care needs. It also performs well under compression bandaging and may be left in place during radiation therapy sessions using appropriate energy ranges and absorbed doses.
