What's the difference between the 4 gauge and 7 gauge vinyl options?
Both are medical-grade, commercial-strength vinyl. The 4 gauge is described as durable, and the 7 gauge is the heavy-duty option. Colors depend on gauge: Milky White and Sapphire are 7 gauge, while Softwear, Blue Carousel, and Pink Carousel are 4 gauge. Euroflex is also available.
Which height and closure style should I choose?
Pick the height that best fits your mattress. The 8 inch height is standard, and 12 inch, 14 inch, and 16 inch heights are available for an additional $20.00. You can also choose between elastic corners and a zippered closure.
How long will my cover take to arrive, and can I cancel or return it?
Each cover is custom-made in California and special-ordered from the manufacturer, so please allow about 5-6 weeks for delivery. Your credit card is billed immediately. Because these covers are made to order, orders can't be changed or canceled once placed, and returns aren't accepted. Please double-check your height, closure style, and color before ordering.
