PolyMem Non-Adhesive Fenestrated Square Pad, Sterile, 3 1/2" x 3 1/2"
The PolyMem Non-Adhesive Fenestrated Square Pad is a specialized foam dressing from the PolyMem Shapes line, engineered to protect and cushion the skin surrounding tube sites such as gastrostomy, drainage, or catheter tubes. The center fenestration (opening) allows the dressing to fit neatly around a tube while the surrounding foam absorbs drainage and cushions the surrounding tissue, making it an ideal choice for clinicians managing tube site care.
Unlike adhesive dressings, this pad is designed for use without a border, allowing it to be secured with tape, wrap, or a secondary dressing depending on the clinical situation. The film backing helps guard against outside moisture and contaminants while the soft foam interior stays gentle against sensitive or fragile skin. Because PolyMem dressings do not shed fibers, they reduce the risk of lint or debris contaminating the wound bed, an important consideration for sites prone to infection.
Each pad measures 3-1/2 x 3-1/2 inches and comes individually packaged and sterile, ready for immediate clinical or home care use. The pre-cut fenestrated square shape saves time during application, helping caregivers position the dressing quickly and accurately around the tube site. This tube site dressing is well suited for hospitals, long-term care facilities, and home health settings that require reliable, comfortable, and easy-to-apply wound care supplies.
