• To use as a transport chair the Duet has locking flip-up armrests (Figure A - Figure C) and a flip-down footrest (Figure D) to aid the user A safety lock release is used to store the arms and a hook and loop fastener strap is used to store the footrest while using the Duet for ambulation

• The tool-free two-position contoured padded backrest is reversible depending on whether you are using the Duet as a rollator or in transport chair mode

• Comes with padded seat with carry pouch for added privacy and security of personal items Inside the pouch is a handle to aid with the folding

• The folding frame has a lock-out feature to ensure the unit stays open while in use and ensures the unit will stay folded during transport

• 8" casters are ideal for indoor and outdoor use

• Handles are adjustable in height, with self-threading knob (Figure E)

How do I switch the Duet between rollator mode and transport chair mode?
For transport chair mode, the Duet has locking flip-up armrests and a flip-down footrest. The tool-free, two-position contoured padded backrest reverses depending on which mode you are using. When you use the Duet as a rollator, a safety lock release lets you store the arms, and a hook and loop fastener strap holds the footrest out of the way.
How much weight can the Duet support, and how heavy is it?
The aluminum frame supports up to 300 lbs, and the Duet itself weighs 20 lbs.
What are the seat and handle dimensions?
The seat height is 21 inches, and the seat width is 13-1/2 inches. The handles adjust from 31-1/2 to 37 inches using a self-threading knob. The base width is 25-1/2 inches.
Is it easy to fold for car trips or storage?
Yes. The frame folds for travel or storage. A lock-out feature keeps it securely folded during transport and holds it open while in use. The pouch under the seat also contains a handle to help with folding.
