The ConvaTec Sur-Fit Natura Skin Barrier is the adhesive wafer base of the trusted Sur-Fit Natura two-piece ostomy system. Built with Durahesive extended-wear skin-barrier material, this flat, cut-to-fit barrier is designed for people whose stoma protrudes normally and whose output is mostly liquid. It features a 70 mm (2¾ inch) plastic coupling flange with a color-matched blue ring so your Sur-Fit Natura pouch snaps on securely.

The rigid coupling ring gives you an audible "snap" of security when the pouch attaches, and because it's a two-piece design you can remove, empty, or change the pouch without disturbing the barrier on your skin. The Durahesive formula is engineered to swell or "turtleneck" around the stoma, forming a snug seal that further protects the stoma and the surrounding peristomal skin from erosion caused by liquid output - a key benefit of its extended wear performance.

Because this is a cut-to-fit barrier, you trim the opening by hand to match your stoma's exact shape - ideal for irregular, oval, or changing stomas.
