The Sur-Fit Natura Convex Insert from ConvaTec is designed to add targeted convexity to your existing 2-piece Sur-Fit Natura Durahesive and Stomahesive skin barriers. With a 1-3/8 inch (35mm) diameter opening, this insert is intended for use with 45mm skin barriers and helps improve the fit and function of your pouching system for stomas that are flush, retracted, or otherwise difficult to manage with a flat barrier alone.

Each insert snaps securely into the flange or ring of a compatible 1-1/2 inch two-piece wafer, providing gentle, focused convexity right at the stoma site. This added convexity helps the skin barrier press more evenly against the peristomal skin, supporting a more secure seal and reducing the risk of leakage or irritation around retracted or uneven stomas.

To make finding the correct size simple and consistent, ConvaTec uses a color-matching system across its convex insert line — this insert is color-coded green for easy identification and reordering.
