The ConvaTec Esteem+ One-Piece Pouch combines a soft, drainable pouch and a skin-friendly Stomahesive skin barrier in a single all-in-one system. The gentle modified Stomahesive adhesive protects your peristomal skin while holding securely in place, making this a great everyday choice for people with a colostomy or ileostomy who want dependable protection with simple application. Its flat barrier is designed for stomas that protrude normally at or above skin level.

Because it is drainable, you simply open the bottom to empty and reseal it, so it's ideal for looser or more frequent output and doesn't require changing the whole pouch each time. A built-in filter continuously releases and neutralizes gas to help reduce ballooning and control odor, while the soft, quiet cloth-like backing keeps the pouch discreet and comfortable against your body throughout the day. The transparent film lets you monitor your stoma and output, which is especially helpful during the healing period or when you're getting used to a new stoma.
