The Coloplast SenSura Click Xpro Skin Barrier is the adhesive wafer base of the SenSura Click two-piece ostomy system. This is not a pouch—it is the skin barrier (wafer/flange) that protects your peristomal skin while a separate SenSura Click pouch snaps securely onto its coupling ring. Built with Coloplast's patented double-layer adhesive technology, it pairs a caring inner layer that's gentle on skin with a secure outer layer that holds fast, making it ideal for anyone who wants dependable, comfortable, long-lasting wear.

The Xpro extended-wear formulation resists erosion from output so the barrier stays put through your daily routine. The flat shape is designed for stomas that protrude normally and sits smoothly against the skin, while the flexible barrier moves with your body for a natural, discreet feel. An audible click-lock security ring lets you hear and feel the pouch lock into place for confidence against leaks, and integrated belt loops let you add an ostomy belt for extra support. Because the pouch is separate, you can remove or change it without disturbing the barrier on your skin.

This barrier has a 50 mm flange (red)—Coloplast's color-matching system makes it easy to pair the barrier with a pouch of the same coupling size. It ships in a Box of 5. The pre-cut opening is ready to apply with no trimming (some versions can be trimmed to fit stomas from 35 to 45 mm).
