The Coloplast Assura Flat One-Piece Pouch is a drainable, one-piece ostomy system that combines a soft flat skin barrier and a maxi-length opaque pouch in a single, easy-to-apply appliance. Built with Coloplast's signature double-layer adhesive - a caring inner layer that protects your skin and a secure outer layer that keeps the pouch firmly in place - it is designed for people whose stoma protrudes normally and who prefer the simplicity of an integrated barrier and pouch.
Because it is drainable, you simply open the bottom to empty and reseal, making it an excellent choice for liquid or frequent output. The wide EasiClose outlet opens fully for quick, mess-free emptying, while the improved pouch cloth is more durable during emptying and the slicker interior film helps thicker output slide out faster. The opaque film and quiet, cloth-like backing offer everyday discretion and comfort against the skin.
This is a Cut-to-Fit barrier, so you can trim the opening to match your exact stoma shape - ideal for oval, irregular, or changing stomas. Each box includes several clamps for extra emptying security if you choose to use them. The pouch is not made with natural rubber latex and is FSA/HSA eligible.
