The Coloplast Assura New Generation Urostomy Pouch is a one-piece, deep convex, transparent drainable pouch designed for individuals who need extra support around a retracted, flush, or irregularly shaped stoma. The deep convex barrier gently presses into the peristomal skin to encourage better contact between the stoma and pouch opening, helping to minimize leakage and skin irritation.

This transparent urostomy pouch allows for easy visual monitoring of the stoma and output without having to remove the pouch, which is especially helpful during the healing period or when checking stoma health. The pouch features a built-in anti-reflux valve that helps stop urine from flowing back toward the stoma, reducing the risk of urinary tract infections. Its soft outlet connects easily to a standard night or leg bag, or to the Coloplast night bag (code 213650), giving users flexible drainage options day and night.

Built with the erosion-resistant Xpro skin barrier, this pouch can be worn for up to one week, offering longer wear time between changes. It is trim to fit stomas from 5/8 inch to 1-11/16 inch (15–43mm), and belt tabs allow for secure attachment to Brava belts 4215 and 4220 for added confidence and stability. Each box contains 10 pouches with a 465 mL capacity, making it a reliable, everyday choice for ostomy care.
