It's an ideal choice for people with a urostomy whose stoma sits at or below skin level and who want reliable, worry-free wear.

Assura's signature double-layer adhesive pairs a caring inner layer that's gentle on your peristomal skin with a secure outer layer that keeps the barrier firmly in place, while the spiral adhesive stays put yet removes gently at change time. The built-in anti-reflux valve prevents urine from washing back over the stoma, reducing the risk of skin irritation and urinary infection, and the drainage tap makes emptying simple. Belt tabs let you add extra security with a Brava belt (4215 or 4220), and the transparent film makes it easy to monitor output and check stoma placement.
