Skip a shipment, change the date, swap products, pause for a while or cancel altogether — all from your account. No contracts, no cancellation fees, no phone call required.
How to start an Autoship
- Find a product with Autoship. Most of the supplies we carry are eligible — you’ll see an Autoship & Save option next to One Time Purchase on the product page.
- Select “Autoship & Save” and pick your delivery frequency. Choose how often you’d like it to arrive.
- Check out as normal. Everything you selected for Autoship is set up automatically, and your discount is applied at checkout.
Managing your Autoship
It’s all self-service. Sign in and open the Autoship section of your account, where you can:
- Change how often an item ships
- Change the next ship date
- Skip a shipment
- Change quantities
- Add or remove products
- Swap a product for a different one
- Update your payment method, billing address or shipping address
- Pause anytime
- Cancel anytime
Good to know
Prices can change between deliveries. We adjust pricing to stay competitive, so the cost of an item may differ from your last order. Your reminder email before each delivery always shows current pricing.
Coupons and store credit apply to your first Autoship order. Renewals receive the ongoing Autoship discount. Store credit earned from an Autoship order can be used on a future one-time purchase.
You’re never locked in. There is no minimum number of orders and no fee to cancel.
