Hi there! My name is Alex, and along with my wife Heather, I’m the owner and operator of LL Medico. My parents started the company over 30 years ago back in 1993, and we’ve been supplying incontinence and medical products online since 1997.
Heather and I took over the family business in 2015 — and just like my parents did, we’ll always strive to give you the best products and service possible. Shopping our online catalog offers discretion and protection you won’t find shopping in a store, and our secure online store is always open, seven days a week.

Meet the Team
Alex Jensen
Co-Owner, CEO
From typing up invoices at 10 years old for his mom and dad (Marcela and Villy, founders of LL Medico) to now owning and operating the company, Alex has been committed to LL Medico for many years. He earned a degree in Information Sciences and Technology from Penn State University (Go Nittany Lions!) and took over the company in 2015. When he’s not enjoying being a new father or playing with his many pets, he’s working (or occasionally golfing when he can fit in the time).
Heather Jensen
Co-Owner, President
Heather joined the company (and the family) in 2015 and has dedicated her time to providing the very best customer service we can offer. It’s the company’s mantra to provide unparalleled customer service, and Heather’s personal goal to make that happen. She earned a BA in Psychology from Arizona State University and worked in the hospitality industry before shifting her focus to LL Medico. When she’s not working, she enjoys relaxing with her son, husband, and small zoo of animals.
Ashley Daniele
Director of Customer Care
Ashley started her journey with LL Medico in August 2020 — and she says it’s been amazing! She’s also part of the family outside the workplace as Heather’s sister-in-law. Ashley has 12+ years in customer service, plus experience in sales, accounting, and even a year in HR. She considers herself an introverted extrovert, so customer service has always had a special place in her heart. When she’s not learning the ins and outs of the business, you can find her reading and spending time with her husband and son.
