Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) regarding FSA and HSA accounts.
What is a Flexible Spending Account (FSA)?
A Flexible Spending Account (FSA) is an employer-established benefit account allowing you to set aside pre-tax dollars (up to $2,650 per year, per employer) to cover eligible medical expenses. Flexible Spending Accounts enable customers to save money on certain medical and dental costs covered by their respective plans. Your FSA dollars can be used to cover medical costs, including eligible over-the-counter healthcare products, for you and any dependents claimed on your federal tax return.
What is a Health Savings Account (HSA)?
A Health Savings Account (HSA) is a type of savings account that allows you to set aside pre-tax dollars (up to $3,450 per individual or $6,900 per family) to cover eligible medical expenses. An HSA can be used only if you have a High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP). Please check with your plan administrator to see if your plan is eligible for an HSA.

What happens to my money if I don’t use all of my FSA dollars?
Funds allocated to an FSA can be spent on eligible items in the calendar year that the plan covers. While FSA funds are designated to be fully spent in the same year that contributions to the account are made, select plans allow either (1) a carryover of $500 to the next calendar, or (2) a grace period of up to 2 months and 15 days at the beginning of the next calendar year to spend all unused funds in the account. For full details on your plan’s policy for unspent funds, please refer to your FSA plan agreement or contact your plan administrator.
What happens to my money if I don't use all of my HSA dollars?
Funds allocated to an HSA account roll over year to year if you do not spend them fully. For full details on your plan’s policy, please refer to your HSA plan agreement or contact your plan administrator.

Comfortable lightweight incontinence pants made from a resilient, waterproof polyurethane-laminate (PUL) fabric. These pants come with flat, non-absorbent and water-repellent leg and waist bands. Designed for both men and women.
A Great Alternative To Plastic Pants
Designed for both men and women, these pants are a wonderful alternative to old fashioned plastic pants and work great when used as an adult diaper cover, whether disposable or reusable. However, these can also be used with only incontinence pads.
Made From Polyurethane-Laminate (PUL) Fabric
PUL fabric is a soft, light-weight, waterproof material that lasts hundreds of washings and will not harden as plastic sometimes does. Netti® commissions their own PUL fabric with a distinctive, chemical free process, making their PUL pants environmentally friendly and suitable for sensitive skin.
Made and Designed in Europe
These high quality pants are made in Europe and the quality of this product will amaze you, as it will outlast any latex, rubber or plastic pants.
Perfect For Those With Allergies or Sensitive Skin
The pants provide excellent resistance to mildew, mold, fungus, and bacteria as well as the perfect solution for those who are allergic to plastic, rubber, vinyl or PVC.

Measuring Your Pants Size
Measure by wrapping a tape measure around your torso where you expect the waistband of the pants to be when wearing them. For the best fit, your actual waist size should be near the middle between Unstretched and Maximum Stretched; for example, a 36 inch waist falls roughly in the middle between 26 and 46 inches.
Measure your thigh circumference (i.e., distance around) at the groin where your thigh meets your pelvis. For the best fit, your actual leg size should be near the middle between Unstretched and Maximum Stretched; for example, a 22 inch leg size falls roughly in the middle between 18 and 26 inches.
Note: Please adhere to the measurements on the page of the product you wish to purchase, as the sizes of different products may not correspond.
Wash wet and soiled pants promptly as this will prevent stains and odors from developing. PUL was originally designed for hospital use as a waterproof barrier and is able to withstand higher water temperatures. Washable at 203º F (95º C). Tumble dry at low temperature. Do not iron. The use of harsh chemicals, such as those contained in bleach and fabric softeners, are not recommended.
