Gary® Original snap on adult plastic pants are designed for adults as well as children and provide excellent incontinence protection. You will experience a comfort and quality not often found in other plastic pants. All Gary® snap-on adult plastic pants start from 3X-Small (toddler) and go up to 5X-Large (adult) in size. This product is mainly to be used as a diaper cover over thick cloth diapers. The pants can also be used to cover disposable plastic adult diapers to prevent leakage.

Whatever you decide to buy, you can depend on the very best quality from an exciting collection of medical grade vinyl plastic pants made with the same unique cut for which Gary® products are famous. The wide crotch area and forward facing leg openings make our well-made pants extra roomy to accommodate thick adult cloth diapers or night time disposable adult diapers.
