Adult cloth diapers, flat pre-folded style, made from high quality cotton cloth in the USA with a center soaker pad that has 8 full-length layers for maximum absorption.
Disposable adult diapers often shift or dislodge and many times this will result in stains on the person's clothing and bedding. So, for incontinent youth and adults, LL Medico has an alternative to this leaky diaper problem. Our soft and absorbent adult cloth diapers are made from woven, 100% cotton flannel giving you that snug, secure, and comfortable fit when used with our plastic pants.
Our prefolded adult diapers are sewn with 3 panels. The thick center panel with a six-layer cotton soaker in the crotch area where absorbency is needed the most keeping you drier for longer. Flannel also is considered the softest material to the touch and the most comfortable for sensitive skin, as cotton is an all natural material that helps alleviate problems with rash and skin irritation. If you are allergic to paper pulp chemicals used in the making of disposable adult diapers, cotton cloth diapers are the perfect solution, in addition to being easy to care for and long lasting.
Cheaper, Asian-made, non-prefolded diapers are huge, old-fashioned, one-layer diapers which need to be folded many times. We do not carry these; we sell only quality Gary® products made in the USA.
For urrinary or bowel incontinence, Gary® diapers help maintain your independence and allow you to live your life to the fullest.

Determining which size fits you:
| 1. | First, measure your waist. Add 12" (30.5 cm) to this measurement. Divide this number (waist size + 12) by 2. This is the minimum width you would need (the width is first number in the dimensions above). Choose the size with the next highest width. |
| 2. | Second, measure the length (through the crotch) from belt to belt. Add 3" (7.6 cm) to this measurement. This is the minimum length you would need. Choose the size with the next highest length |

For example: Your waist is 40" and the measurement from belt to belt (through the crotch) is 30".
Width: (40+12) / 2 = 26" |
Washing Instructions:
Newly bought adult cloth diapers should be pre-washed at least two or three times to fluff up as well as dried before use in order to maximize absorbency as well as softness. Use a biodegradable, non-phosphate detergent, or a vegetable based soap. Do not use fabric softeners on cloth diapers as this will lessen the absorbency of the cotton cloth and can cause an allergic reaction in people with sensitive skin. Line dry in full sun will keep the diapers stain free and bright.
