They are large enough to hug the body comfortably and be worn in regular underwear yet are also designed to be worn in combination with Mesh or Knit Washable Pants that can hold them more securely in place, if necessary. Large contoured design, built-in leak extra-long guards and cloth-like exterior make this superior pad to other brands. Latex-free.
