Q: If I am having issues ordering or any other questions, how can I contact LL Medico?
A: You can use our "live chat" link at the top of every page, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, use the "Contact Us" link at the top of every page or call us at 855-422-4556, M-F 10am to 3pm Eastern.
Q: Do you ship discretely?
A: Yes! We ship all of our packages in unidentifiable boxes and use LLM for our company name on the shipping label.
Q: Do you allow orders to be picked-up?
A: Yes! Please call ahead of ordering or make a note of it when placing the order. We will remove the shipping cost from your order if it's already been applied. Since we are only a husband and wife team and aren't always at the office/warehouse, an appointment will need to be arranged.
Q: Do you accept returns?
A: Yes we do! But only on products that are still in their sealed packaging. Please read our return policy here.
Q: Can you send me a catalog?
A: We do not offer physical catalogs to keep our prices down and save the environment from wasted paper. Our website is our catalog and is updated daily with new or discontinued products.
Q: How do I know which size to buy?
A: Each product page has a "Size Chart" located under the product description which shows the products dimensions for each size. While these charts are as accurate as possible, every person is different. We highly recommend purchasing 1 size first to make sure it fits before purchasing more.
Q: Do you offer free samples on any of your products?
A: Sorry, but we currently do not.
