What is the LLMedico.com auto-ship program?
LLMedico.com's auto-ship program is the most convenient way to receive your medical and incontinence products. You select how often you want your product shipped, add to your cart and checkout. From here we'll take over and automatically send you your products on the increments you selected. There is no commitment and you can cancel your auto-ship at any time.
What payment methods are accepted for auto-ship orders?
At this time, we can only accept credit/debit cards for auto-ship orders. In the future, we will hopefully add PayPal. If you have any auto-ship items in your cart, the only payment option shown will be to pay by credit/debit card.
Why don't I see the discount in my cart?
If you are not logged in as a customer (checking out for the first time on our site), you will not see the discount until you get to the payment details step. Can I order an auto-ship item and a non auto-ship item in the same order?
Yes you can!
When will I be charged for my auto-ship orders and when will they ship out?
You will be charged again at the beginning of your next cycle. So if you selected to receive your auto-ship every 2 weeks and you placed your order on the 1st, then you will be charged again on the 15th and your order will ship out that same day (the 15th).
How do I view my auto-ship orders?
By visiting the "My Subscriptions" page in your account page when logged in. If you created an auto-ship order as a guest, please contact us for information regarding your auto-ship orders.
How do I change my auto-ship orders?
You can change or modify your auto-ship orders by cancelling them from your "My Account > My Subscriptions" page or by calling (855-422-4556) or emailing us (email@example.com) and then placing a new auto-ship order.

How long is my price "locked in" for?
The price you receive on a product (minus the 5% off) is good for at least 6 months. If the price of the product goes up for whatever reason in that time period, you will not be charged the additional amount.
