Netti® SuperSoft™ incontinence pants made from PUL material, will give you the best waterproof protection, and this is why Netti® SuperSoft™ has been a best seller for 15 years. These well-designed and proven unisex pull up products are made from soft light weight waterproof polyurethane laminate (PUL) polyester interlock knit fabric laminated to a thin film of polyurethane, providing a durable waterproof barrier, excellent resistance to mildew, molds, fungus and bacteria. A much needed fabric in the medical field, that can also survive multiple institutional washings and will not harden as with plastic, Netti® SuperSoft™ incontinence pants/panties are made from extremely light, flexible, soft, durable as well as breathable PUL fabric that is sympathetic to the skin. This product comes with non-absorbent/waterproof, non-restrictive flat leg and waist bands to help keep you dry and comfortable. For those of you who are allergic to rubber or plastic/vinyl/PVC, our PUL leak-proof pant is the perfect solution. While protecting you as much as any plastic pants can, it is more comfortable and discreet to wear as well as waterproof yet water vapor permeable. This PUL fabric panty is very lightweight and a cool alternative to old fashioned hot and sweaty rubber or plastic pants. Also help eliminate embarrassing noise from wearing plastic pants, as well as the polyurethane obscuring the underlying surface of incontinence pads or diapers. Our "Super Soft" pull up pants are developed to fit both men and women for the fixation/fastening of various kinds of bladder control pads, sanitary towels, and panty liners as well as less bulky adult diapers. Our waterproof incontinence PUL fabric pants are made in Europe. The quality of this product will amaze you, as it will outlast any latex/rubber and plastic pants as well as similar store bought products. Note: Our Netti® SuperSoft™ incontinence PUL pant does NOT have a built-in pad. Fully automatic, computer controlled cutting as well as sewing machines cut/ sew this style incontinence PUL pants to 5 standard size. The pants cannot be altered, i.e., to bikini or change to leg and waist openings.

Note: Before ordering our waterproof incontinence PUL pants from LL Medico, it is extremely important that you know your correct waist and leg sizes, so urine will not leak out. Please measure your WAIST by wrapping a tape measure around your torso; the belly button is your waist level. For the UPPER LEG opening, measure your thigh circumference at the crotch area. For a proper fit, please refer to the European size chart below as sizes differ from the sizing of the American made products on our site, i.e., sizes of large Netti® SuperSoft™ PUL material incontinence pants does not correspond with size large Gary® plastic or PUL pants. There are no returns for the wrong sizes you ordered. Our exchange policy may seem strict, but reusable incontinence pants returned to us cannot be resold; that’s the U.S. law. Fabric Care for Polyurethane Laminate (PUL)
Wash wet and soiled PUL incontinence pants promptly as this will prevent stains and odors from developing. PUL was originally designed for hospital use as a waterproof barrier and is able to withstand higher water heat. Washable at 203º F (95º C). Tumble dry at low temperature. Do not iron. The use of harsh chemicals, such as those contained in bleach and fabric softeners chlorine/non-chlorine bleaches is not recommended for this PUL fabric as they will have an effect on the polyester knit and waterproof lining, thereby decrease our products waterproof effectiveness. The use of national brand detergents is recommended for washing the PUL material incontinence pants.
