For reasons of hygiene, all our vinyl plastic pants are made with waterproof hot welded seams, which provide an excellent waterproof barrier against the penetration of dirt, soil, feces, and moisture (which can cause buildup of harmful bacteria) as well as holding up better than cheaper imported vinyl products with stitched seams. All our vinyl plastic pants or panties in this group start from 3X-Small and go up to 5X-Large adult in size. These products are mainly to be used over cloth diapers or for disposable adult diapers if experiencing some leakage.

When shopping for suitable and quality, incontinence plastic pants, that have waterproof and sanitary heat welded seams, it is not any more the hassle it once was. Before the revolution in plastics manufacturing, rubber pants were the only waterproof pants commonly available. Nowadays medical grade, sanitary soft plastic pants are available as well as non plastic materials such as transparent Polyurethane found in "Euro Flex pants" it is a unique buttery soft and light material, that offers the elasticity of rubber combined with toughness and durability, easy to clean. Polyurethane (Euro Flex) pants cost more, but also last more than 6 times longer than regular vinyl plastic or PVC, since it is not affected by the aside in urine, sweat lotions and oils that can harden regular vinyl plastic over a period of use. Note: These pants have extra volume since they are designed be a waterproof cover for a cloth diaper. Please allow for a 1/2" plus/minus size difference since the pants are machine sewn by different seamstresses. Please see the size chart for U.S. sizing below. Therefore, before placing an order for incontinence plastic pants from LL Medico, it is extremely important that you know the correct waist and leg sizes. DO NOT use weight or hip sizes for sizing. Use only Leg and Waist to choose the correct size. Do this by wrapping a tape measure around your waist as shown here. The navel is your waist level. For the Leg opening, measure your thigh circumference at the crotch area. Before placing your order, please make sure the size and color for the plastic pants are correct. There are no returns on incontinence plastic pants for the wrong sizes you ordered. Our exchange policy may seem strict, but items returned to us cannot be resold as new or not resold at all. * Standard Vinyl/Plastic includes all colors in the drop-down list above except Euroflex whose prices are noted above. Your leg and waist Size should fall half way between unstretched, and the maximum stretch ability. Please DO NOT use weight to determine the right size of these plastic pants.

You can prevent your pants from aging prematurely if you rinse or wash the plastic pants after each use. Urine and Fecal matters has strong acids which will harden the plastic, and so will products containing petroleum. The, plastic vinyl should have minimum contact with your body's natural oil and sweat as well as care products such as lotions, oils, creams, ointments, and skin sprays which will also harden plastic. Never use chlorine bleach or fabric softeners to remove stains. Rather, insert pant into warm water with a mild detergent. Never put in dryer as this may cause the plastic material to melt.
