Polyurethane (Euroflex) costs more but also last 4 to 6 times longer than regular vinyl/plastic, since it is not affected by urine, sweat, lotions and oils that can harden vinyl/plastic over a periods of use. Our plastic pants are made with the same unique cut for which Gary products are famous -- the wide crotch area and forward facing leg openings, making this well made pant extra roomy to accommodate thick cloth diapers or incontinence pads.

Ideal for a trouble free and dry night's sleep as well as daytime use. For reasons of hygiene, all our products come with waterproof hot welded seams which creates seams that provide an excellent barrier against the penetration of dirt and moisture and hold up better than traditional stiched seams. All vinyl plastic pants start at 5X-Small (small childrens size) and go to 5X-Large adult sizes.

Note: Before ordering from LL Medico it is extremely important that you know the correct waist and leg sizes. For a proper fit, please measure your WAIST by wrapping a tape measure around your torso. The belly button is your waist level. For the UPPER LEG opening, measure your thigh circumference at the crotch area. Before placing your order, please make sure the size and color of the pants are correct. There are no returns for the wrong sizes you ordered. Our exchange policy may seem strict, but items returned to us cannot be resold as new or not resold at all. Note: All of our different colors and patterns in this pant can be ordered with white tricot nylon lining, terry lining, various flannel linings, or the edging can be laced. Please contact us for more information.

Note: Plastic, vinyl and PVC pants (PVC chiefly a European term) all mean the same thing. The most correct term is vinyl plastic pants.

How to care for your adult plastic pants:

To deter your pants from aging prematurely, plastic vinyl should have minimum contact with natural body oil as well as care products such as lotions, oils, creams, ointments, and skin sprays. Never use chlorine bleach or fabric softeners to remove stains. Rather, insert pant into warm water with a mild detergent. Never put in dryer as this may cause the vinyl/PVC material to melt. Instead, hang the pant to dry. Keep out of the sun if possible.
