These plastic Boxer Shorts can be worn over reusable cloth adult diapers, and will protect you from leaky adult disposable diapers, and regular underwear. Our Boxer Shorts, which have no constricting leg bands, are especially great for using with a catheter tubing leading to the urinary leg bag, eliminating the problem of kinks and pinching of the tubing, that can lead to disconnection and embarrassing leaks, this you may experience when using regular incontinence plastic pants or briefs.

To deter your pants from aging prematurely, plastic vinyl should have minimum contact with natural body oil as well as care products such as lotions, oils, creams, ointments, and skin sprays. Never use chlorine bleach or fabric softeners to remove stains. Rather, insert pant into warm water with a mild detergent. Never put in dryer as this may cause the vinyl/PVC material to melt. Instead, hang the pant to dry. Keep out of the sun if possible.
